• Not resaling our product cheaper then the market value.

• Including all relevant information in your initial email/request--> item(s) requested / quantity of item(s)

• If you are sending us a PURCHASE ORDER, please make sure that all the relevant information is also listed in the email that you send us. Please note that POs are for YOUR internal reference and we only go by the details listed on the initial email.
